Terms of Service

By accessing or using IELTS Ready ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

IELTS Ready is software for IELTS Academic-style practice (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking), with timed mocks and instant Listening/Reading scoring. Coaching centers use a white-label, center-scoped workbench, and their own teachers review their students' Writing and Speaking. IELTS Ready provides the software, not the teachers.

For independent students, Writing and Speaking receive an AI-estimated band with feedback. AI estimates are practice feedback, not official IELTS scores, and may differ from an examiner's band.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Platform only with parent or guardian permission. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

• Do not share accounts or attempt to bypass access controls
• Do not automate submissions or abuse attempt limits
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Do not copy or redistribute copyrighted exam materials (including Cambridge IELTS books) onto the Platform

• Independent students: set credits. One credit unlocks one practice set (partial set or full mock) or extra attempts on a set you already unlocked.
• Coaching centers: a platform subscription (seats and workbench, with a free trial) and optional IELTS Ready question set unlock slots.
• Prices are shown on the Pricing page and at purchase. Payments are by bKash in Bangladesh or bank transfer elsewhere, verified manually, and by card once card checkout is live.

Card orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all card orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for card orders.

Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Listening and Reading bands are estimates from our answer keys. Writing and Speaking bands are practice feedback from your center's teachers or our team, using IELTS-style criteria. None of these are official IELTS scores, and they may differ from real examiners. Use them for learning, not as a guaranteed result.

Platform software, branding, and original practice content are owned by IELTS Ready or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission, except as needed for your own personal practice on the Platform.

IELTS Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to IELTS, British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. Practice scores are for preparation and teacher feedback, not official exam results.

We do not guarantee exam results or band improvement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTS Ready is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
