Refund & Cancellation Policy

IELTS Ready sells digital access to practice software: set credits for independent students, and platform subscriptions and question set unlock slots for coaching centers. Because digital access can be used immediately, refunds are limited as described below.

• Unused set credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
• Once a credit is used to unlock a set or buy extra attempts, that credit is non-refundable.
• Set credits are one-time purchases. There is no student subscription and nothing renews automatically.

bKash and bank transfer payments are verified manually by our team. If a payment was sent in error before verification, contact support promptly with the TrxID or transfer reference. After credits are added and used, refunds follow the limits above. Refunds are sent back through the original payment method where possible.

Center plans (including founding/launch pricing) are billed per center agreement. First month free and discounted periods are generally non-refundable once the center is provisioned. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Question set unlock slots that are not yet assigned may be refunded on request. Card orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all card orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for card orders.

Card refunds follow the limits above and go back to the original card. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Email [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, payment reference or TrxID, and reason. We aim to respond within a few business days.
